Job Details
The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing acute and preventative care, and chronic disease management along with the ability and desire to mentor and develop advanced practice providers. In addition, the candidate will seek the opportunity to build strong relationships and provide continuous and comprehensive care to each patient and the members of their family.
In addition to the Physician's clinical responsibilities, the Physician will spend sufficient and reasonable time on administrative and record-keeping matters pertaining to the Physician's medical practice.

- Dedicated time for development and mentoring of Advanced Practice Providers
- Caring and professional team of nurses, medical assistants and patient coordinators

Required Licensure/Certifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of Vermont
- Must obtain and maintain Federal DEA certification in the State of Vermont
