BayCare Medical Group, Tampa Bay’s leading multispecialty group, is currently seeking an experienced Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join a dynamic and high-volume practice near Clearwater, Florida. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of a community-based/private practice Vascular Surgeon, offering the incoming physician the opportunity to enjoy an already established patient volume with all the benefits of being a part of the area’s largest medical group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join an established team of two well trained Vascular Surgeons and one nurse practitioner.
• This is a newly created position, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
• Share call equally at a ratio of 1:3, with coverage at two prestigious BayCare Hospitals: Morton Plant Hospital and Mease Countryside Hospital.
• Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of Vascular Surgery cases, including open and endovascular procedures.
• Engage in a challenging and complex caseload, collaborating with experienced partners and a highly qualified support team.
• Benefit from a strong referral base, fostering professional networking and collaborative patient care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery - Vascular Surgery.
• Proven experience in Vascular Surgery is required.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
