Baystate Health, western MA only academic center and tertiary care provider and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region or the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist to join our Anesthesia team at Baystate Health in Springfield, MA.

Eligibility to Apply:
-Board certified physicians who have completed a 4-year Anesthesia Residency and a Cardiac Fellowship in Anesthesia.

- $550,000 starting salary + sign-on bonus

These three institutions have also collaborated to create the Institute for Healthcare Delivery & Population Science, to generate and apply new knowledge to transform health care delivery and population health in support of Baystate Health’s strategic goals. The Institute conducts health services research projects in partnership with local, regional, and national stakeholders.
