About the Role:

Inpatient Psychiatry with Flexible Practice Development
  • Manage a 12-bed unit within a 29-bed facility, working with a full-time mid-level provider.
  • Participate in daily treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including the medical director, nurse manager, and social workers.
  • Provide high-quality care in a modern, secure facility equipped with 24/7 on-site security and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload with optional voluntary call opportunities.
  • Shape your career by selecting from a variety of professional paths, such as telehealth, program development, teaching, or leadership roles.
  • Participate in scholarly activities, including teaching within our residency programs and mentoring medical students.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
