Hospitalist/Nocturnist - Mountain View, CA (6111)

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified, or board-eligible, Nocturnist.

Location: Mountain View, CA

Position details:

• Broad scope of practice that includes admits and cross-coverage for our Palo Alto Medical Foundation patients
• Work within a well-established Hospital Medicine Department assigned to El Camino Health -Mountain View Hospital, with multi-specialty and administration/care coordination support
• Closed ICU
• Premium pay for Nocturnists – full-time is 160 shifts to include 120 night shifts and 40 day/swing admitting shifts
• Malpractice coverage and tail coverage included

Qualification(s):

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine

Mountain View is located less than 40 miles from San Francisco and 36 miles from Santa Cruz. The city was named because of the spectacular view of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
