Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center- Lebanon, NH
The Department of Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking an Academic Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our faculty at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center located in beautiful northern New England.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, family and person-centered outpatient behavioral health consultation and pediatric consultation liaison care for child and adolescents. In addition to providing direct clinical care, supervision of training clinics for child psychiatry trainees and residents in psychiatry will be included and opportunities for research, quality improvement projects and service innovation will be available.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician and enthusiastic teacher, with a strong interest and experience in outpatient and/or consult liaison child and adolescent psychiatry. Candidates should be board certified (or eligible) in Psychiatry and fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The clinical work will occur at the Medical Center campus in Lebanon, NH, with some potential for supervising Fellows in a local community mental health center. There are also potential opportunities to transition into leadership positions, such as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Director Role and/or Lead Physician for Child Outpatient Services.

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the states of New Hampshire and Vermont
