TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our compassionate and collaborative team.
As a Neonatologist, you will provide specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns, as well as healthy newborns, in our Special Care Nursery and Newborn Nursery. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including pediatricians, lactation consultants, care managers, and dietitians, ensuring every newborn receives the treatment and nutrition necessary for growth and recovery.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, including pediatricians, lactation consultants, care managers, and dietitians, ensuring every newborn receives the treatment and nutrition necessary for growth and recovery.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Provide care for premature neonates, neonates with complex conditions, and well newborns.
- Manage patients in the Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks gestation and ≥1500 grams) and Newborn Nursery.
- 2,700 births annually.
- Benefit from the support of an experienced Nurse Practitioner who takes first call for 40 hours per week.
Schedule:
- One week on, two weeks off (7 days on/14 days off).
- First call coverage does not require in-house presence.
