About the Opportunity:
  • A team of more than 50 providers
  • We provide care in family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general and bariatric surgery, urgent care, and behavioral health.
  • Recognized as a Patient-Centered Primary Care Home
  • Total outpatient with no obstetric work
  • On-site lab, x-ray, and urgent care
