We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiologist to join our dynamic White Plains Hospital team in addressing the increasing prevalence of irregular heartbeats among our aging population. As a cardiologist with us, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in cardiac electrophysiology, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of arrhythmias. Utilizing a comprehensive range of advanced therapies, including electrophysiology studies, catheter ablation, His bundle pacing (HBP), and implantation of defibrillators and pacemakers, including Medtronic’s Micra leadless pacemaker, you'll play a crucial role in helping patients regain their quality of life. With access to the latest interventional and non-invasive diagnostic tools and our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs, you'll have the support you need to deliver top-quality, life-saving care to our patients. Salary Information: $350,000 – $475,000+

Role responsibilities:

Let your skills shine as a Cardiologist.

With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and interpreting diagnostic tests to diagnose cardiovascular conditions accurately.
• Developing personalized treatment plans, including medication management and specialized procedures such as electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation.
• Providing compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educating patients and families about cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Engaging in ongoing medical education, contributing to research, and upholding ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Qualifications:

What you’ll need as a Cardiologist.

• Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiologist.
• Active New York Medical License.
