Dermatology Physician - Everett, WA Optum WA, (The Polyclinic) is seeking a Dermatology physician to join our team in Everett, WA. We are leading the state of Washington toward better healthcare practices. We have an opening for a BE/BC Dermatologist to join our multispecialty group in the vibrant neighborhood of Ballard.

This role expands our team of 13 Dermatology providers who are backed by a network of primary and specialty care providers and supported by access to complex imaging, lab and pharmacy.

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Dermatology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $505,000 to $700,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
