Hospital Introduction
Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital(SRRSH), affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, was established in 1994 through the generous donation of Sir Run Run Shaw, a renowned Hong Kong businessman and philanthropist, and with support from the Zhejiang Provincial Government. At its inception, SRRSH functioned as a modern public hospital in conjunction with Loma Linda University Health in the United States. After 30 years of growth, it has emerged as a public comprehensive tertiary Grade A hospital, excelling in healthcare delivery, education, and scientific research.

As a trailblazer, SRRSH was the first large-scale public comprehensive hospital in China to receive JCI accreditation, the first in Asia to earn Magnet certification, and the first in China to join the Mayo Clinic Care Network. For five consecutive years, SRRSH has secured an A++ rating in performance appraisal, placing it among the top 1% of national tertiary public hospitals. As the Third Clinical Medical College affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the hospital has over 197 graduate supervisors offering 41 doctoral and 47 master's programs across 29 clinical departments and research groups.

SRRSH takes pride in its state-of-the-art disciplines for Minimally Invasive Medicine, Oncology, Reproductive Medicine, Orthopedics, and Cardiology, among others. Young Talent Positions
Have obtained a doctoral degree from a high-level university at home or abroad; capable of carrying out academic directions that meet the development requirements of the discipline, with the potential for development to become an academic leader in the field;. And meet one of the following conditions:

1. Possess an academic level equivalent to that of an assistant professor/associate professor at an internationally renowned university;
2. Hold an academic position of associate researcher or above at an internationally renowned university or a high-level university in China;
3. Have undergone rigorous clinical academic training, hold a senior professional position in health technology recognized by Zhejiang University, and have achieved influential and outstanding results in the field of clinical diagnosis and research;
4. Be an outstanding doctoral graduate from an internationally renowned university with good academic development potential. 

We welcome outstanding young talents who meet the above conditions and have more than 36 months of overseas work experience, have not yet returned to China to work full-time, or have returned to China to work after January 1, 2024, to apply for the 2025 NSFC Outstanding Young Scholars from Overseas through our hospital (for those who have obtained their doctoral degrees overseas and have particularly outstanding achievements, the work experience requirements may be appropriately relaxed).
