Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Podiatrist position in a multi-specialty clinic. This opportunity offers a chance to work in two different clinic locations, providing outpatient podiatric care services.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Provide basic outpatient podiatric care and procedures


Perform ingrown toenail removals


Treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, and arthritis


Conduct wart removals and other minor procedures


Administer anesthesia (topical, local, and regional blocks)


Apply and remove short leg casts and posterior splints


Perform arthroplasty of toes when necessary


Aspirate cysts and bursae


Debride onychomycotic and hypertrophic toenails


Debride superficial or deep ulcers

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a range of outpatient podiatric procedures and proficient in using Epic EMR.
