Nephrologist Opportunity in Greater Los Angeles, CA

An established, well-respected private nephrology practice in the Antelope Valley region of Los Angeles County for 37 years, is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to meet the demands of one of the fastest growing regions in the state.

Job Details:

• Full time, permanent position


• Competitive base salary on the first 2 years plus hospital on-call pay compensation


• Two-year partnership track

• 28 days PTO (excluding weekends) for vacation and CME

• Malpractice and tail coverage


• Weekend Call Coverage is 1:3 for the first 2 years then 1:4

Compensation Model : $240,000-$300,000 annually, sign on bonus, two-year partnership track; full medical, dental and vision benefits; and malpractice coverage.

Practice Details:

• Number of Providers: 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner


• Practice Volume: average 10 patients daily per hospital; ~400 ESRD dialysis patients; 45 office patients per week


• Number of Hospitals: 2


• Number of Dialysis Centers: 4
