The section of General Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is seeking an Academic Geriatrician to join their team to help provide support at our Nursing Home and Assisted Living facilities. We service locations in Hanover, Lebanon and Claremont, NH as well as Windsor, VT.
These facilities offer a continuum of care, which include independent living, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, state-of-the-art memory care and Alzheimer's care, respite care, and comfortable, dignified end-of-life care.

Required Licensure/Certifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Fellowship trained in Geriatrics is a plus but not a requirement
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH and VT
