We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Position Overview:

As a Family Medicine Physician at the Center for Refugee Health, you will provide primary care services to refugee patients of all ages. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, addressing the medical, psychological, and social needs of our patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of vulnerable populations and to be part of a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York.
  • Experience in providing care to refugee or underserved populations is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to manage a broad range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
