Seeking an Internal or Family Physician to join a well-established, dedicated team of primary care providers at Providence Medical Group's Centralia Internal Medicine clinic. In addition to Family and Internal Medicine, this medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as physical therapy, diabetes education and more to care for our largely geriatric patient population.
