The Guthrie Clinic's Robert Packer Hospital anesthesiology residency program seeks a Director of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management to oversee clinical and educational activities related to regional anesthesia and acute pain management..
- Ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in regional anesthesia and/or acute pain management.
- Will oversee the Acute Pain Management Service as well as the regional anesthesia didactic program and rotation.
- Responsible for clinical activities and education and will have the opportunity to conduct clinical research with the aid of the Guthrie Foundation.
- Guthrie's Epic electronic health record facilitates retrospective reviews.
- Research coordinators within the foundation can assist with prospective studies.

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Above industry average salary - $525K to $575K base salary
- $25K starting bonus and $25K retention bonus after one year
- $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly

- Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions

- $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire and on a full-time basis - $20,000 if your referral is another Anesthesiologist
