Job Details
SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Columbus, Wisconsin.
The Opportunity:
- Outpatient practice, with option for Inpatient or OB scopes of practice
- A well-established team of 1 Family Physician and 2 Advanced Practitioners
- Family Physicians see approximately 18-22 patients per day
- Call is telephone only and triaged by a skilled nurse.
- Specialists from SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Madison come to Columbus on a regular basis for outpatient clinics (Oncology, Otolaryngology, Ob/Gyn, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology/Optometry, and Infusion)

The Hospital:
- Columbus Community Hospital is a recently remodeled 25-bed critical assess hospital, and offers a wide range of services including obstetrics, ICU, surgical services, ancillary services, diagnostic services, & emergency services
The Community:
- Columbus, https://www.columbuswichamber.com/, is a picturesque community of 5,000 located in south central Wisconsin, just 25 miles northeast of Madison, the state capital
- Private & public golf courses, lighted tennis courts, the Columbus Area Aquatic Center, the Christopher Columbus Museum, and the largest antique mall in the state
- Hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, & camping are closeby at Dodge County Park
