Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing private pediatric concierge medicine practice in Manhattan, New York with the recruitment of a compassionate and driven board-certified pediatrician to provide family-centered care in the comfort of the patient?s home. You are joining a unique team of three respected pediatricians who value high quality care and have a devotion to building lasting relationships with patients and their families!

Opportunity Highlights

• See patients in-person at their homes in Manhattan, south of 96th street. Ample travel time built into your daily schedule, based on your preferred mode of travel (walking, biking, public transport, etc.).
• Smaller patient panels allow you to enjoy 60-minute well visits and 30-minute sick visits (average 5-7 patients a day once ramped-up).
• Visits typically scheduled Monday-Friday between 9-5 with some flexible based on personal preference and patient?s needs. The practice strives for a stress-free environment for both the providers and their patients.
• Partner with the practice to market and grow your patient panel.
• On call 24/7 for your patient panel; call is extremely light , most families don?t call after hours unless there is a very serious concern. Weekend call is shared and will be 1:4.

Compensation and Benefits Package

• Employed position offering a base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 with bonus potential.
• Full benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, LT/ST disability, 401K retirement plan with match, Paid Time Off, CME stipend, paid Professional dues and license expenses, paid Malpractice with tail, and more.
