A community health center in south central Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The center is a leading independent, non-profit healthcare provider in Connecticut, providing comprehensive primary care services in medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health to more than 145,000 people.

About the opportunity:
  • 4-day work week
  • Call averages every 50 days with after-hours nurse triage coverage
  • 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 1:1 Medical Assistant
  • A network of health centers with 15+ locations
  • eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Base salary based on experience plus incentives including 26 days of PTO, 5 days CME, reimburse for all licensing post-start

  • Located in south-central Connecticut, 30 miles from Hartford and 2.5 hours from New York City
  • Population over 115,000 people
  • Farms, museums, theaters, several colleges and universities nearby
