A well-respected Academic Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, is growing and adding Hospitalists and Nocturnists to its team of 120 Hospitalists and 80 Physician Assistants working collaboratively. We welcome candidates who want to develop their academic career with our quality and safety track and best practices track

Opportunity Description

A mix of day and night shifts. 80% nights
Varied block scheduling
12-hour shifts
1000-bed academic medical center
EPIC EMR
Full-time is 144 shifts per year
The daytime patient census averages 14 patients
Closed ICU. No procedures
Medical Student and PA teaching
State-of-the-art technology
Moonlighting shifts available
Market compensation with quality bonus and signing bonus
