A 20-physician group in Reading, PA is recruiting an additional partner due to organic growth and patient wait times. The group has a history of practice dating back to the 1970s and is proud of the culture they?ve developed as well as their emphasis on work-life balance.

  • 3 ASCs within the practice
  • General GI with optional ERCP & EUS
  • Fellows take first call
  • 1 year to ASC buy-in, 2 years to partnership
  • 6 weeks PTO, Sign-on, and full benefits
  • Documented earnings 75th MGMA and higher
