A private practice in Altoona, Pennsylvania is searching for an additional partner to join its 7-physician and 11-APP group due to growth and planned retirement. The culture of the group prioritizes work-life balance where PTO is encouraged and call minimized.

  • Efficient, 4-room ASC
  • 90% Outpatient and procedural
  • 1:7 Call; strong hospitalist group
  • One hospital with multiple APPs for support
  • Approach, exceed $1M
  • Aggressive Sign-on, 7-weeks PTO when partner
  • 18-months to partner

Altoona is perfectly positioned in West-Central Pennsylvania between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, and only a short drive to State College.
