The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo ("the Pueblo"), a U.S. federally recognized Native American tribe and sovereign nation in El Paso, TX, is seeking a Family Medicine physician. This healthcare team is dedicated to promoting wellness, enhancing the quality of life, and improving the overall well-being of the Tigua Community. Their efforts encompass prevention and intervention services, collaborating closely with the Tribal Council, other YDSP Departments, and external health partners. The Department of Health and Human Services delivers healthcare services to address Native American health priorities through comprehensive, wrap-around services provided by various divisions.

Practice Information

• 100% outpatient only at one clinical location
• Federal student loan repayment through three different programs
• 5-day work-week with day built-in administrative time
• 18-20 patients per day
• Medical malpractice coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act
• 40-minute/20-minute appointment times
• In-office procedures including joint injections, abscess drainage, suturing, and more
