Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group (LLUFMG), Department of Pediatrics is seeking an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician for our Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Clinic’s Med-Peds Practice. We offer a flexible role with the possibility of having a hybrid position for inpatient pediatrics and/or inpatient medicine.

Clinic hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8 am to 4 pm on Friday. Up to 6 weekend days per year in the Urgent Care are required.

Location Overview:

Loma Linda University has three clinics which are Med-Peds, and one of the sites is the resident continuity clinic. We have a number of physicians who work a hybrid clinic and inpatient pediatrics and/or inpatient medicine model. This flexibility in roles is uncommon for academic institutions. We have found it is sought after for Med-Peds physicians, and we believe there is significant value in this approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $157,000 - $220,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
