Northwell Health has an immediate opening for a full-time AP/CP Board Certified Pathologist to join our team as a staff surgical pathologist and or Assistant/Associate Medical Director at an affiliate hospital in the Brooklyn region of New York. Fellowship training in a Surgical Pathology subspecialty would be a plus, but not required. Candidate must hold a valid New York State Medical License and Certificate of Qualification in Transfusion Services. Previous experience is desired; however, new graduates will also be considered. The annual surgical pathology volume at this affiliate hospital cases is approximately 7,000 cases.
The practitioner will be an active staff/faculty member of Northwell Health’s Pathology and Laboratory Service Line; a highly integrated regional network, serving not only the hospitals of Northwell Health, but also a growing number of affiliate hospitals. Northwell Health Laboratories also serves as a major regional reference laboratory for the greater New York metropolitan area.

Salary Disclosure
Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
