• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Patient Continuity a key element in the practice
• Patient Centric - Family Oriented Practice
• Call - After hours call occurs a week at a time 1:4 to 1:6
• Extended work hours Tuesdays and Wednesday nights
• Saturday mornings on rotation by providers.
• Patients/Day 20-22
• 36 Hours Patient Contact hours - 4 hours Administration

• Salary Up to $230,000
• 3-4 day work week
• Sign-On Bonus
