A West Texas critical access hospital is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to their friendly, close-knit, and growing community.

Opportunity:
• $500,000 Earning potential, 150% retirement match through Texas County Retirement District Plan

• Maintain ER and inpatient skill set with a low patient census.

Compensation:
• Guarantee salary, plus wRVU incentive bonus, and a generous recruitment package including sign on and relocation.
