  • Ob practice is a shared practice while you "own" your GYN practice with a split of 40% Ob and 60% GYN
  • Dedicated OR day, 22-28 patients per clinic day, ~ 200 deliveries per year, and shared call of 1:4
  • 4-day work week with 1 administrative day which doubles as an extra day off
  • Salary plus wRVU production, quality bonus, patient satisfaction bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a robust retirement with 4.5% match plus 4% hospital contribution
  • 30 days PTO plus 7 days for CME
