NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a full time Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join its well-established team in Queens, New York. This is a highly flexible role where the provider's time will be split evenly between two state-of-the-art facilities - Queens and Elmhurst. Additionally, the providers will be academically involved with medical students, fellows, and residents from Mount Sinai and Northwell, with the potential to hold faculty titles at both institutions. Ideal candidates will be eager to work top-of-license while providing highly impactful care to a large, diverse, and underserved patient population. Be at the frontier of universal healthcare with NYC Health + Hospitals, which is increasing access to its neighborhood health clinics in conjunction with New York's ground-breaking NYC Care program. NYC Care connects all New Yorkers who are ineligible for health insurance, including undocumented residents and those who cannot afford insurance, to reliable care. These outpatient, neighborhood-based primary care clinics are operated by NYC Health + Hospitals.
