Cascadia Health Centers offers an integrated and innovative approach to healthcare by providing mental health, addiction treatment, Primary Care and housing services to patients throughout the Portland metro area. Its four local facilities - Cascadia Clackamas, Cascadia Garlington Health Center, Cascadia Plaza Health Center and Cascadia Woodland Park Health Center - deliver comprehensive, convenient care to community members across the region.
