Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, board-certified psychiatry leadership candidate to serve as the Chair of Psychiatry and clinical leader of the expanding behavioral health team in the Hartford area.

This is an exciting opportunity to implement your vision and leadership in a thriving psychiatry department providing general psychiatric services for their inpatient units, ambulatory service lines and consult liaison needs.

We are seeking an individual who can be an excellent resource for physician development and a visionary who can help guide the growth and development of the service line. The successful candidate should be an established psychiatrist with ten years of clinical experience and five or more years operating in a leadership role. The ideal candidate should be a proven relationship-builder who can relate and work collaboratively with employed and community physicians.
