Pediatric Hospitalist

Overview

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a per diem Board Certified pediatrician to join our expanding practice as a pediatric hospitalist at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, VA.

• 3 pediatric hospitalist practice covering the pediatric floor and shared coverage of the newborn nursery with neonatologists.
• Sub-specialty support available
• 24 hour shifts - rounding plus call from home/hotel - Block scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists who work as a team to provide family-centered quality healthcare
• Coverage needed from November 20-26; December 20

Qualifications

• VA license required
• Board Certification in Pediatrics with recent hospitalist experience required
