Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a full time or part time neonatologist to join our team of 5 neonatologists at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA, supporting a strong philosophy of family-centered care.

• • 16-bed Level 3 NICU with an ADC of 10
  • 24-hour inhouse coverage
  • Staff includes a pediatric hospitalist and NNP with sub-specialty support available including maternal-fetal medicine
  • 35-bed newborn nursery with an ADC of 15-20
  • Services include conventional and high-frequency ventilation, whole body cooling, and iNO with surgical cases transferred to local children’s hospital
  • Strong focus on quality and safety initiatives
