Practice Highlights:

  • 7 on / 7 off model, *very flexible scheduling if 2 docs agree to mirror each other (i.e. 14 on / 14 off)
  • Intensivists run ICU, no procedures or codes required
  • No nights, NP support 24/7
  • 7 am to 7 pm with physician swing shift 12 pm to 12 am
  • Team of 14 docs and 4 NPs

Financial Highlights:

  • $316-346K range based on experience
  • $25K Commencement Bonus
