Opportunity Highlights:
• Healthy work/life balance supplemented by a 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week
• Outpatient practice with the opportunity to incorporate inpatient or emergency department shifts or subspecialty interests such as wound care or sports medicine if desired
• Immediate Medical Directorship available and pathway to CMO
• Focus on providing quality, compassionate care with clinic volumes designed with patient and provider satisfaction in mind - averaging 12-16 patients per day
Compensation Highlights:
• Up to 350k proven earning potential with additional wRVU incentive
• Uncapped loan repayment available through HPSA and state-funded programs
• 75k sign on bonus with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance; 401K with generous employer contribution; $5K annual CME stipend; and competitive PTO package
