Job Details
- 3-6 month contract commitment
- Cred Timeframe: 90 -120 days (temps clean file only)
- Procedures: Airway Management · Conscious Sedation · Central Lines · Chest Tubes
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS certification required for Non-EM boarded
- Will accept ABEM or IM/FP with at least 5 years of full-time EM experience Board eligible is fine, as long as doctors become board certified within 4 years of initial privileges granted
- Required to have both moderate sedation & deep sedation in order to work in the Emergency Department
- We do not have GI, neuro, hand, ophtho, vascular, IR neuro or CT surgery.
- We have ortho, general surg, urology, rarely ENT, podiatry, OB, cards. Specialty care goes to Tucson.
- Rare MRI availability. There are two slots per day allotted for inpatient and ER needs.
- 12 ICU beds
- OB is in house 24/7 and yes, after 20w patients go to L and D
- 24 hours physician coverage
