Job Details
The Opportunity
• Pediatric Hospitalist opportunity caring for medically complex patients at a tertiary care center in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Dallas metroplex.
• Most of the care is general pediatrics, seeing a variety of complex cases; and when needed, there is amazing subspecialty support available
• Average Daily Census is 12 patients per day
• Full-time is approximately 1840 hours annually
• Epic EMR
Compensation Details:
• Salaried position with the option to pick up extra shifts if desired.
• Quality bonus up to $10K per year
• Metric bonus up to 2.5% of annual salary
• CME $4,500 stipend and 5 days
