Join an independent medical group of board-certified physician anesthesiologists who provide perioperative and critical care anesthesia services for over 25 Sonoma and Napa County facility locations

Anesthesiologists do 100% of their own cases, no supervision required or available
Shareholder path is available
No corporate buy in
M-F work schedule (for most cases, surgery starts around 7:30am)
Paid Call - Ability to take as little or as much call as you want!
Compensation commensurate with MGMA median; potential earnings up to $800,000
