Catholic Health currently has full time opportunities for Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physicians to join our community-based practices in Smithtown, New York. The opportunity is out-patient based in Smithtown for an existing primary care office.

Requirements include:

  • Board Certification/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine
  • NYS MD/DO License
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety and participate in performance improvement
