Location: Split between Everett, WA & Arlington, WA

Hours:

• 4 days per week- Flexible schedule- 36 hours of patient care per week
• Call- Every 11 weeks 5 pm- 7 am- after hours/ weekend call
• Light call- All phone
• Weekend call- Come into the Everett clinic (rare)

Your Practice:

• 6 providers currently
• Surgeries 1 day per week at Everett, Outpatient rest of the week at Arlington
• Epic EMR
• 2 Techs per provider

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion Ophthalmology Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Maintain ACLS and PALS certifications
• Meets regular CME guidelines
• Open to new graduates
• Fellowship trained in the following given their specialty: Retina (Surgical or Medical)

The salary range for Washington residents is $344,240 to $525,600. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
