About the Position:

  • Private Practice: Thriving private practice and the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital with a metro population of about 850K
  • Flexible Schedule Options: Can be Monday-Friday with 12 weeks off per year or standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off; average census of 15 patients per day
  • Compensation: $275k base compensation + $20k annual retention bonus + $20k signing bonus
  • Optional: Night call (phone only) paid at $300/night
  • Partnership Option: after 2-3 years with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other investments of the group (buy-in is a no-interest loan from the group itself)
