Leadership Opportunity- Psychiatric Inpatient Services - Westport, CT
Hartford HealthCare's Behavioral Health Network (HHC BHN), one ofthe largest integrated behavioral health systems in New England, has a rewarding leadership opportunity for a BC Psychiatrist to manage a cohesive multidisciplinary inpatient team. The Medical Director will be located at the attractive 76-bed Westport campus and behavioral health treatment hub in Fairfield County, servicing adult, dual diagnosis, and child/adolescent inpatients.
Reporting to the Department Chair, the Medical Director will have 50% administrative time and no clinical call, and lead a high performing team of psychiatrists. The Director will manage day to day clinical services including interdisciplinary workflow, and protocol development and management.

- Liaise with leadership of other departments and enjoy close collegial relationships with psychiatrists at other sites in the HHC BHN including the renowned Institute of Living.
- Academic appointment at The Frank H Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University toward teaching residents and medical students.
