Position Details:
- Collaborative work environment with robust spectrum of subspecialties and expansive referral network
- State of the art care within established electrophysiology, advanced imaging, structural heart, cardiothoracic surgery and heart failure programs
- Established coordination of care for structural heart intervention, LVAD, and transplant patients within our network in Salt Lake City
- Experienced nurse practitioner support
- Inpatient and Outpatient opportunities available
- Full time and part time options
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
