Position Highlights:

• Collegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess characteristics of patient pain such as intensity, location, and duration using standardized clinical measures
• Diagnose various forms of pain and perform physical exams to assess injury or illness
• Provide medical care for patients by treating pain and performing medical testing
• Monitor effectiveness of pain management interventions through observation of patient progress and responses to treatments

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Pain Management
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $396,230 to $527,500. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
