Join our growing Palliative Care team in Southeastern Connecticut. This position will provide inpatient consultative services at a 206 bed academic community hospital. You will join an established and respected team with full interdisciplinary support, including Medical Director, APRN, social worker, and chaplain.

Position Requirements include Board Certified/Board Eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician who has completed fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and has been working in palliative care medicine.
