Weill Cornell Medicine's Department of Psychiatry in collaboration with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a full time Psychiatrist to join our Emergency Evaluation Service (EES) at Westchester Behavioral Health (WBH). Located on a historic campus in White Plains, New York, WBH is a 250-bed hospital with general and specialty programs across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the Evaluation Center multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive evaluation and admission for patients requiring acute psychiatric care. The service provides urgent and emergent support of the Acute Care Service overnight and on weekends. Teaching trainees is integrated into patient care in the Evaluation Center and Acute Care Service. This work is typically divided into thirteen 12-hour shifts per month and includes weekday, overnight and weekend shifts.

Salary: Minimum salary: $275,000- Maximum salary: $275,000

Weill Cornell Medicine provides the above salary range in compliance with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range listed is for full-time employment not including bonuses, clinical incentive compensation, or benefits. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, specialty, training, and hospital/community needs.

The above salary range represents WCM's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry and possess or be eligible for a New York State medical license.
