Concierge Primary Care Physician

Northwell Health is seeking board eligible/board certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our growing concierge medicine team providing high-quality care to patients in the New York communities we seek to serve.

The ideal candidate will provide highly personalized medical care and navigation in a high-functioning, community practice setting and commit to be available to their panel of patients by phone 24/7. Through Northwell’s concierge medicine program, you will deliver an excellent patient experience while acting as a liaison and partner to a limited panel of patients and their caregivers with the support of a care team — ensuring they understand their medical treatments and health benefits, as well as navigating their care plan with them. Our network is a large, dynamic, and diverse group of clinicians, educators, and researchers from multiple professions eager to take on the challenge of patient-centered longitudinal, and comprehensive primary care services.
