Position Highlights
- Physician-owned and physician-run private practice group
- Join an independent medical group of board-certified physician anesthesiologists who provide perioperative and critical care anesthesia services for over 25 Sonoma and Napa County facility locations

- Anesthesiologists do 100% of their own cases, no supervision required or available
- Shareholder path is available
- No corporate buy in
- M-F work schedule (for most cases, surgery starts around 7:30am)
- Paid Call - Ability to take as little or as much call as you want!
- Compensation commensurate with MGMA median; potential earnings up to $800,000
- Full benefits package includes CME, medical insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, 8+ weeks PTO, and more!
