Dartmouth Health and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth are seeking an accomplished and dynamic surgeon to lead our clinically-active and academically-focused Neurosurgery team.
This individual will have primary responsibility for Neurosurgical care delivery and strategic integration across Dartmouth Health service locations and affiliates. As Section Chief, this physician will work closely with the Chair of Surgery to ensure continued growth of the comprehensive neurosciences enterprise which includes all neurosurgical subspecialties covering a large regional catchment area.
The Section includes a research portfolio consisting of NIH and other externally-funded programs, as well as a longstanding ACGME-accredited Neurosurgery residency. There is a strong academic environment providing the full spectrum of subspecialty clinical services. The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to grow Dartmouth Health's clinical and academic programs and will foster interdisciplinary inquiry and collaboration.

The individual will be an employee of the Dartmouth Health Clinic and will receive an academic appointment as a member of the faculty of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Candidates at the full professor level are encouraged.

- Board certified in Neurosurgery
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Hampshire
